Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Produce high quality and optimized real time visual effects in UE4
  • Create game ready assets in a variety of styles while addressing feedback in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to prototype and implement gameplay VFX solutions
  • Optimize and maintain the VFX pipeline

The Ideal Candidate Will Have a Mix of the Qualifications Below:

  • 3+ years of games industry experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Niagara, Cascade, shaders, sprites, particles, etc in UE4
  • Working knowledge of hardware limitations for current and next-gen devices
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently for extended periods

Pluses

  • An avid gamer with a passion for creating great games
  • Experience with working alongside outsource teams
  • Adept at working in a fast pace, iterative environment
  • Experience working with Virtual Reality platforms including Oculus Rift, HTC Vive and Sony PlayStation VR
